Delivery timelines

• London and surrounding areas: 1–3 working days
• Major cities (Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle): 2–3 working days
• Other UK mainland locations: 3–5 working days
• Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas: 4–7 working days

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order is handed to the courier. You can also follow real-time status updates from your account page.

Returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 5 working days.

Because we sell perishable goods, opened or partially consumed items are not eligible for return unless the issue is quality-related.
